Orbis seeks to create a cultural immersion experience second to none. Our mission is to allow our faculty to realize their potential as individuals and educators, working with the community on projects and to create a mutual understanding of both Western and Eastern culture. Eventually a teacher will finish his/her contract and return to their home country. After working with Orbis China, they will return with heightened intercultural communication skills, knowledge, and experience that will give them the tools necessary to be more competitive in today's global economy.
